In February 2009, 19 chemical transport companies officially declared their participation in Responsible Care at the annual conference of the European Chemical Transport Association, ECTA, in Barcelona, Spain. CEO’s of all 19 ECTA member companies signed a declaration of commitment as well as a Responsible Care implementation agreement. Haesaerts Intermodal was one of the first companies to commit to Responsible Care.
